The categories are Volunteer, Community Group, Fundraiser, Great Neighbour, Carer, Bravery, Green Award and The Animal Award.
BBC Radio Shropshire love to celebrate positive stories and the wonderful things that people do to make their community a better place to live. The world can feel like a pretty tricky place at the moment and anything we can all do to focus on positivity is surely a good thing. Last year’s winners and nominees tell us they were thrilled to have been recognised.
Last year they had a good spread of nominations from all over Shropshire. We’re keen to celebrate every corner of the county once again so please do nominate to make sure your area is represented.
