There are still places available at clubs, particularly those in the south of the county and some in Shrewsbury.

HAF (Holiday Activities & Food) really want to fill all the places available and help ensure some of our most vulnerable children and young people in the county have a fun, safe summer.

Free Gym Membership and Food this summer for HAF eligible young people

Shropshire Council, Halo Leisure, Teme Leisure and Shropshire HAF have come together to offer local young people aged 12 to 16 who are eligible for HAF, free gym membership, swimming sessions and food vouchers over the Summer Holidays at Much Wenlock Leisure Centre, Teme Leisure Ludlow, Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre, Craven Arms Community Centre and Severn Centre, Highley.

Referrals – There is still time to make a last-minute referral for children and young people who are not in receipt of benefits related free school meals, but who meet the wider eligibility criteria – low-income family and / or living in an area of high deprivation. Professionals supporting these families can fill in and return the attached referral form. Referral Form is also available here
