Preparations have started for International Women’s Day 2025, taking place on Saturday, 8 March to celebrate the achievements of local women in our community.

To help spread the word and get involved in the preparations, we’ll be at the Wem Market every Thursday morning at Wem Town Hall. Come along to find out more about the event, ask any questions, and learn how you can play a part in this exciting celebration.
We’re still need your help to unlock the funds pledged by Shropshire Council, and we only have until the end of January to reach our target.
