Community Plan

On 1 October 2013 Wem Rural Parish Council formally adopted the first Wem Rural Community Plan.

During 2019 the Parish Council consulted on the success or otherwise of that first plan and identified future opportunities to benefit the community.  The responses have been collated and the 2019 Community Plan was adopted by the Parish Council during its 1 October 2019.  A copy of the plan can be found below.

It is now the responsibility of the Parish Council to ‘project manage’ the actions identified in the 2019 Plan.

The Parish Council will work with individuals and partners to ensure the successful outcome of each action.  If you would like to be involved in any helping with any action point please contact the Clerk.
